Clincarthill Parish Church came into being in June 2010 following the union of Battlefield East and Mount Florida Parish Churches. We are situated in the south of Glasgow and our\u00a0parish takes in the areas of Mount Florida, Battlefield, parts of Kings Park, Langside and northern Cathcart. Hampden Park Stadium lies within our parish.<\/p>\n
We are a dementia friendly <\/strong><\/em>church, <\/em>the first in Scotland. This means that we have a support network using people in the church with experience or awareness of dementia; we are training our elders and befrienders how to support people with dementia; and we work with local agencies and organisations who care for people with dementia and their carers (including Alzheimer’s Scotland and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde).<\/p>\n Our buildings are available for hire, with the rates below.
