Newlands South Church are hosting the World Day of Prayer on Friday, 1 March at 2pm. The theme, this year, quite fortuitously is Palestine. The World Day of Prayer is an international ecumenical Christian laywomen’s initiative. It is run under the motto \u201cInformed Prayer and Prayerful Action\u201d and is celebrated annually in over 170 countries on the first Friday in March. Please come along to this service and enjoy tea, coffee and chat afterwards.
