Foodstuffs were taken to both the Lodging House Mission and the food bank run by the Elim Church in Govanhill. Both were very grateful and letters of thanks can be seen on the notice board in the corridor. The chaplain at L.H.M. was especially grateful since their donations were down because many churches were donating to their local food banks.

Rev. John MacGregor preached on September 28th in Clincarthill, chaired the October session meeting and some of you have met him when he has come to the Tuesday Coffee club.

The Sunday @7 bible study on the Beatitudes is going well and the discussion among ourselves has been thought provoking and the fellowship tremendous. Look out for the next Informer magazine when a poem written by Anne Stoddart will appear.
